Didn't see and install script for upgrade -- do I just FTP?  Took me a month to learn some of the ins and outs of your software. Site looks good - Added a few new modules (flash - skins -- events)-- should I upgrade?

what version are you currently running? You should only upgrade if there is either a sucurity fix available or new functionality that you really need

upgradeing dnn is fairly simple: just copy (or ftp) all files in the upgrade.zip file to your application directory. If you want to make sure that nobody touches your site when copying over files (especially when ftp-ing over a slow connection), you can temporarily add a file app_offline.htm in the root of your site. This will take the application off line. If  you are done copying, just remove the app_offline.htm file again, and browse to your site. upgrade should start automatically.

NB: ALWAYS MAKE A BACKUP OF FILES AND DATABASE BEFORE UPGRADING!
