Hello Laura,

From glancing through the code, it looks ok, but there must be something that is overriding the settings of the containers somewhere. Whenever I get a problem like this I completely strip the skin down, removing most of the ascx code and most of the css code. - ie. just have a menu and a content pane and insert the container into that. - You could also check in the source code the order of the css files that are listed and check any css files that are listed after your container.css file, there might be somthing in there that is overriding the settings.

Have you tried adding one of your containers to the DNN Blue skin?

re: the lock out problem. - I've come across this problem, but it has been a while since it's re-appeared. - In my case it was due to corrupt cookies. - I deleted all cookies associated with my site (there were 2 I think) and I was then able to log back in and access the site. - I also had a similar problem where I was locked in preview mode and deleteing the cookies also solved that problem.

(I've noticed Nik and Nina have replied before I've finished writing, but see if this helps anyway! - thanks, Lee)

Hello Lee

Thanks for the suggestion.

I eventually managed to overcome the problem of mu frozen modules.  It was my fault, I had edited the templates from the wildportfolio module by removing the tables and replacing with css. It didn't like it and caused no end of problems.

I solved that problem this morning by deleting the module.

It was only then that I could try out your suggestion of placing the container on a DNN skin.  It works fine.  The problem must therefore be with my skin.

Regards

Laura
