Could someone explain me how works the reminder? when I create a reminder , to which address is it sent ?

Could we choose which addresses must the reminder sent to ?

Is it possible to enable reminders for a list of person? I give an exemple :

I'm working in an IT Service and my colleagues and me are using the calendar to put some appointments, or some to do's.

I would like that if me or one of my colleague put a new appointment in the calendar, all persons in the IT service receive automatically the reminder (without clicking on the reminder me link or something like that).

Sorry, my error, it is a registration module, not a reminder module.

However, if you are any good at SQL, it could be done using that, either using triggers, or updating the EventsSave sproc. Other than that, please raise a request on Gemini, and we can consider this for a future release.
