Hi. I am running DNN Version 4.09.00 with Store Module 02.01.00 . Store was working good and I was able to add products, etc, but now when I try to go within the Store Admin by clicking on Categories, Products, Orders, or Reviews it throws this error:

A critical error has occurred.
Unable to cast object of type 'ASP.desktopmodules_store_account_ascx' to type 'DotNetNuke.Modules.Store.WebControls.Store'.

At the point when the error message appears all of my store modules close and I have to reclick on the page to see my products, store account, shopping cart and Store admin.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Leona,

The Store Admin module MUST BE placed on a separate page, NOT on the page where other Store modules are!
