OK ...Just found the time to test DNN5.1.0

I'm finding an error in Firefox (Basically nothing works due to JSON errors)

on install error:

System.Reflection.TargetInvocationException: Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation. ---> System.ArgumentException: Invalid JSON primitive: .

after installing using IE (IE6) everything went great and works fine.

Going back to FF I get errors on:

Error: dnn.controls._submitComponent is undefined
Source File: http://localhost/js/dnn.controls.js
Line: 135

Error: Sys.ArgumentException: Cannot deserialize. The data does not correspond to valid JSON.
Parameter name: data
Source File: http://localhost/ScriptResource.axd?d=daVaZLIX9JOacTGXaLA-k-Tjk71hhgU6USQLWZcCzqpdYKnmKdga4N4d1NcT4YlEeZYJ6kfft172uqvFADV9JfGcK7CBPyOE0&t=2cba0149
Line: 5

Any body else having problems with FF?

David,

did you try it with default skin and language? Does the error show up as well?

Yes, The problem appear during installation,  I didn't have any problems when I tested 5.0.1, but I have installed the YSlow addin since.

Something strange going on...unfortunatly at the moment I've not got the time to look into it....I'm running in on my localhost using XP and IIS5, not sure if that could be this issue.

Anyway.. another thing, couldn't find any way to disable the langauges...Even tryied the post solution Admin>langauge>lagauge settings and edit language, nothing there?

Looks like I'm going to wait for another release, before I make the jump

(P.S.  Concratulations on the 20000 post mark Sebastian..A bit late I Know!!)
