I'm having an issue after upgrading to  version 5.X and now on all my sites the edit bar at the top shows for all sites. I've found a couple of references to say that a modules has its settings set wrong, but I've looked all over and can't find it.

The site: www.eofftech.com

I've looking for some one who can help with this...

Is there a way to pay for a support incident to get this fixed?

please check the permissions (in Module settings) for the modules on the pages, especially for those, which are shown on all pages. I assume one of it has been granted "EDIT" permission to either "all users" or "unauthenticated users". Remove this grant and the control panel will hide.

If you have a 3rd party module, which requires this permission, you can disable "edit bar being shown to users with page edit permission" in Admin :: Site Settings.
