I have a few portals where the File Manager refuses to display any folders in the folder tree.  Other portals display the folder tree correctly on the same DNN host.  All portal folders have Network Service account having full access permissions and I have requested File Manager to resync the folders/files, but still not folder list.  Any ideas?  I see this problem has been reported before, but no solution was posted...

When you ask it to sync, are you checking the "Recursive" box.

Yes the recusrsive box was ticked.  The File Manager just refuses to display the list of folders.

In the end, I upgraded from 4.09.04 to 05.01.01 and now it works correctly.  I guess it's a bug that will never be fixed in 4.9.4.
