I want to create a new DNN page and be able to reference that page from within another application. I have a top menu bar which has a bunch of menus to help users navigate. When I create this new DNN page, I do not want the menu bar to appear. This is because when i reference the page from another application, the top menu bar is also included and I dont want that. The top menu bar is part of skin and it appears by default on all new pages. Any ideas to how to prevent this? I dont want to create an IFrame within the page and make the other application point ot the Iframe. Thanks in advance

The quick and dirty way is to make a copy your skin page (Portals\_default\Skins\MinimalExtropy\index.ascx for example) and rename it Blank.ascx. Then remove the items you don't want to render. The menu in the above example is:

<dnn:NAV runat="server" id="dnnNAV" ProviderName="DNNMenuNavigationProvider" IndicateChildren="False" ControlOrientation="Horizontal" CSSNodeRoot="main_dnnmenu_rootitem" CSSNodeHoverRoot="main_dnnmenu_rootitem_hover" CSSNodeSelectedRoot="main_dnnmenu_rootitem_selected" CSSBreadCrumbRoot="main_dnnmenu_rootitem_selected" CSSContainerSub="main_dnnmenu_submenu" CSSNodeHoverSub="main_dnnmenu_itemhover" CSSNodeSelectedSub="main_dnnmenu_itemselected" CSSContainerRoot="main_dnnmenu_container" CSSControl="main_dnnmenu_bar" CSSBreak="main_dnnmenu_break" />
