I'm running DotNetNuke 5.0 and I have a user who has a role 'webadmin' and that role has permissions to edit the current page.  However, that user cannot add modules to that page.  In previous versions I think that still worked, that user could add new modules to the page.

How can I give a user total control over like 5 or 50 pages on a website.  Want them to be able to add modules as needed.

Upgraded the site to 5.1.1 and it has not affected this issue.

Role has permissions to edit that page, but the module list is empty so they can't drop anything on there.

Does that seem like a bug?

They can edit things existing on there, but can't add anything to it.  Trying to give this user full control over a certain section of the site, ideally even to add pages in this area but don't think that will be happening based on how I'm seeing the permissions work.

This is happening on my site also.  I was trying to delegate and have our receptionist help build some pages for the gallery but it seems I must be admin to add modules to pages.  DNN 5.1.1    ??

The same problem occurs for me with DNN5.02.03. Do you know if DNN5.4 fixed this bug ? User with edit permissions on a page can't see module on the header modules list, and so, can't update edit form.
