Hi, i don't know if i'm on the right forum but i will appreciate it if someone will help me through.

I have a DNN portal with Xmod Module on it where I created articles inside. My problem is that I have another portal on another server and I wan't to create a copy of the Portal(where I have the XMod Articles) to the new Portal I have. Is this possible. Please help.

thanks in advance. :)

Briefly:
You'll need to replicate (exactly) your XMOD forms and templates on the new portal (assumes you also have XMOD on the new portal).  Copy-and-paste each form/template definition between the two portals.  Then do an export to XML of your source articles using the XMOD admin interface.  Use the XMOD admin interface on the new portal to perform an import of the data in the file you jsut created via the export.
