Hi.

I'm upgrading my portals to DNN 5. And try to use the objects, instaed the tokens...

But now I'm a new work, and the menu is really tricky...

How can I style the menu to have each page a different background?

And the space between the links?

Thanks in advance, João Rosa

I have never tryed an example like this but I asume you could do it whit the standard menu using

.mainMenu   .root.m0

.mainMenu   .root.m1 etc and set the background image for that class.

Thank you.

After that I found a document in: DotNetNuke Skinning Guide

It's the new way to skin. Any way thank you.

Ok, so I have never actually played around with this, but my understanding (very loosely) is that I could possibly have a different style for each root item..?!?

The newest skinning guide says: "mi[x][-x] - Here x = the order of the item amongst its siblings. mi0-1 would be the second child of the "home" page."

The queried example has a different style for each root item...  Is it possible to style each item with a different set of CSS selector rulesets?  Or am I way off..?

Any working example of something like this..?
