The included XML sitemap generator for DNN 5.1.1. is including random pages and not indexing the whole site. This problem also existed on 4.9.4 but I was hoping the upgrade would have fixed this. At first I thought it just wasn't including hidden pages but then I noticed that it seems to randomly pick which pages it wants to include. I know there are all sorts of free XML sitemap generators out there but I need a solution that will automatically update itself because we are adding new pages on a daily basis.

 

Does anyone have a solution for the included generator or know of one that works with 5.1.1. that will automatically updat

I haven't noticed this problem myself, nor am I aware of other user complaining about it.

is there anything specific in your site (caching, number of pages, permissions, ...)

We have a few hundred pages (probably close to 500). Caching is default and all of these pages are set to "All Users". It's almost as if it just stopped adding new pages one day. Is there any way to manually run the sitemap generator?

I'm not sure I'll even be able to use this thing. I have PPC specific landing pages that I don't want in the sitemap. I could just add them to my robots.txt but that's a lot of hassle.
