I nstalled DNN 5.1.1 in VS2008

Created child portal but then any links for child portal are not reachable if I launch DNN website from File System in VS2008.
The links corresponding to child portals all are redirected to parent portal

They work for DNN website launched from Local IIS in VS2008
But from File System all links for child portal are redirected to parent portal

I am C# programmer so it is a kind of difficult to dig into what is wrong and how to correct it
Does anybodey else experience the same?
