I have recently upgraded from 4.6.2 through the recommended migration path to 5.6.2.  I had some issues related to the Telerik controls during the migration and also with needing to have my host company reset permissions on %WinDir%\Temp, but got through the upgrade with the exception that I am receiving the same message as the original poster for the Module Definition and am receiving the following for skins:

Error: Skins is currently unavailable.

DotNetNuke.Services.Exceptions.ModuleLoadException: D:\Websites\AGR4013\Admin\Skins\EditSkins.ascx.vb(175): error BC30456: 'GetSkin' is not a member of 'DotNetNuke.UI.Skins.SkinController'. ---> System.Web.HttpCompileException: D:\Websites\AGR4013\Admin\Skins\EditSkins.ascx.vb(175): error BC30456: 'GetSkin' is not a member of 'DotNetNuke.UI.Skins.SkinController'. at System.Web.Compilation.BuildManager.CompileWebFile(VirtualPath virtualPath) at System.Web.Compilation.BuildManager.GetVPathBuildResultInternal(VirtualPath virtualPath, Boolean noBuild, Boolean allowCrossApp, Boolean allowBuildInPrecompile) at System.Web.Compilation.BuildManager.GetVPathBuildResultWithNoAssert(HttpContext context, VirtualPath virtualPath, Boolean noBuild, Boolean allowCrossApp, Boolean allowBuildInPrecompile) at System.Web.Compilation.BuildManager.GetVPathBuildResult(HttpContext context, VirtualPath virtualPath, Boolean noBuild, Boolean allowCrossApp, Boolean allowBuildInPrecompile) at System.Web.UI.TemplateControl.LoadControl(VirtualPath virtualPath) at System.Web.UI.TemplateControl.LoadControl(String virtualPath) at DotNetNuke.UI.ControlUtilities.LoadControl[T](TemplateControl containerControl, String ControlSrc) at DotNetNuke.UI.Modules.ModuleHost.LoadModuleControl() --- End of inner exception stack trace ---

I am not in the position to be able to restore the previous installation, so I am hoping someone can guide me in the right direction on how I can get this cleaned up.

Thanks in advance
