I get the messagae below when trying up update "site settings" for one portal - this dies not occur with other portals in the DNN installation. (I have no problem reading the settings - just can't update them)

DNN 4.9.0

Can anyone offer any help on tracking this down?

I had this problem. I had manually cleared out my database before migrating it to another server and also deleted the admin user for the default (and only) portal. I added a new admin user and the error went away. It's worth noting that I got errors whilst creating the new user and also when adding the admin role to the new user. But it does actually do the necessary creation.
