The forum is configured, not moderated, private messages unabled (tough the problem is not here), there are not posting restrictions, and as much as i understand your intentions on "forum permissions" - if you mean the module permission - it's configured as all the others. In my opinion the problem is not relate to module permission since I can't post a message as admin/host or as any other user

I've also tried to uninstall and reinstall the forum module but with no effect - still getting this error message (after  installing  and starting new groups and new forums) when tring to post new thread (by any user including superuser and admin).

Your original error says a problem on PostEdit's Page Load. There is nothing known today that would cause this in the 4.5.3 version of the module (not to say you haven't found a new bug). What I am trying to do is get information from you to rule out possibilities. If you have more error messages, they may be helpful (ie. sometimes multiple errors happen at once in the logs). Are you able to edit text/html module (this rules out an HTML provider issue if so)? Are you doing any URL rewriting besides core one (this could remove things from the URL; forumid, action, mid, postid or threadid, needed to load this page)?

Thanks Crispy for the response.

The error message that I wrote I'm getting only as superuser. When trying to post thread from any other user (including admin) I'm getting error message that says:

"Add/Edit Post

An error has occurred.

Error: Add/Edit Post is currently unavailable"

Here's the link : http://ihaklai.org.il/ראשי/הפורומים/tabid/84/Default.aspx

Although it’s not in a Latin language (The site is in Hebrew) - I've tried to use English as default language with the same result.

I don't have problem with any other module & I don’t do url rewriting (although the page title (in Hebrew) is included in the url).

I manage another site with the same characters (including language) - and it works fine.

Do you have any idea how to solve it?
