I have downloaded and installed the HouseMenu module from House of nuke but when use it in a page and use settings to change the styles for the menu items to appear in different shapes and formats, the menu items appear in no style irrespective of what style I select. Iam using IE8.

I suggest to contact the ventor of the 3rd party module.  This module isn't develope from DotNetNuke team.
