HI experts!

I have problem during the instalation of HelpDesk module, in the DotNetNuke environment 4, so I find the linqPrep how to configur it in DotNetNuke 4 and I do changes and also describe here http://www.adefwebserver.com/DotNetNukeHELP/Misc/LinqPrep/

But still have problem and the msg is:

The files '/intranet/App_Code/CrossSimpleMenuBar/MenuController.cs' and '/intranet/App_Code/Reports/VisualizerControlBase.vb' use a different language, which is not allowed since they need to be compiled together.

Seems that in the App_Code folder I have files in both langueages C# and VB.Net!

Can you help me what to do, or what is the best way to avoid this problem, can I download these file in C# or VB.Net and just replace them?

Plese it is urgent!

Thank you for the help!!!

It appears you may be missing a line from your config file. Check out this article that addresses this issue: http://timheuer.com/blog/archive/2007/02/28/14002.aspx

Not sure why the config setting did not get added, but if you have FTP access to the site you can edit the config file and add the following setting and then upload your changes.

<compilation debug="false">

           <codeSubDirectories>
            <add directoryName="CrossSimpleMenuBar"/>
        </codeSubDirectories>
      </compilation>

By the way, this error is in code that is not part of ADefHelpDesk or LinqPrep
