After recently upgrading to 4.9.4 from 4.9.2, users are getting the following errors after adding new pages.

There are also some other odd issues happening when they attempt to delete modules from pages and delete pages.  The page will throw a critical error has occurred on the page, thus displaying this error in the event viewer. 

Any help is greatly appreciated.
