Has anyone run into a problem with a server move, where the dnnuser can't login?

Did you move all the files including the web.config from the original server or did you install the application files and just migrate the database.  If used a clean install of DNN, and just migrated the database that is your problem.  When DNN runs the first time is updates the following keys

3.?

<add key="MachineValidationKey" value="???" />
    <add key="MachineDecryptionKey" value="???" />

4.?

validationKey="7F8E90725EC9816B79E9B0017B5ECD32C50F231F" decryptionKey="CC6C11B781078A8D6A9D2DF0EA6349F6394EFCCE2901C1E4"

You must copy these keys form the orginal web.config otherwise no existing user will be able to authenticate, but if you created a new user they would be able to authenticate.
