I dont know if the is possible out the box, want to set up product pages and each produc t page is going to have a porduct and a price.

I would like to set up different users and groups would it be possible to have it show different product prices on the product based on the current user that is logged in or is this is something that has to be programmed in the code behind

The DNN handles different Groups and viewes for groups and users on the basics.  For each application i.e a shop module you have to look at it's features or ask the vendor please.
