I need automatic IE logon using Domain login and password. I have configured IE as described in http://technet.microsoft.com. What do I need to make it work on DNN site. I can't use Active Directory Module because I have no access to active directory server.

Do you use a domain logon to access your local PC?  If you do then you have read access for the domain controller which is all that is required.
Your problem may be with the configuration of the AD provider.  Make sure you are using the fully qualified domain name, and for the credentials include the domain and userid (domain\userid) and your password.

One thing to make note of is that if you are using an account with an expiring password, you will need to reset the AD provider each time that password changes.

What are your users authenticating against when they sign onto the domain?

I have setup users with the same login and advised to use the same password that is used for AD. They use for now standard login to DNN site. I want to spare the time and I want to IE automatically logon user using AD login and password. I know that standard and AD logon are not the same. I have installed latest AD module but  can't make it work. When I uncomment <identitiy impersonate=true/> DNN 4.9 generating error. I do not know that my AD logon account read AD structure.

What was the error you got when you uncommented <identity impersonate = true />? Have you read through the documentation that can be found here?
