Yep, I'm glad to see it is logged!  http://support.dotnetnuke.com/issue/ViewIssue.aspx?id=3593

I wonder, though...there it mentions that Question/Answer *is* supported.  In the testing we did, Question/Answer wouldn't work.  Does anyone have more information about it?

Well I don't know what the next version of DNN has in store for us, but I officially logged a ticket that suggests an improvement that an email address should be entered to retrieve password. Not username. People are far more likely to forget their username, rather than their password. Who else agrees?

In my experience, users are most likely to forget their passwords--especially once we require complexity...  But yes, on portals they don't log into every day, they do commonly forget their usernames also.  I think the ability to request a reminder by email address is good for both cases!  Good suggestion.

I did a quick informal survey of my staff.  Supporting account resets on behalf of our clients is a major component of what we do.  It seemed about a 50/50 response rate, as to which is forgotten most frequently.
