Hi All,

I have created a custom  HTML/Text block and I erroneously used "Dispaly Module on All Pages" checkbox to add this module to all pages including Admin ones, which I didn't want that my custom HTML/texty block/module to be added.

To "clean-up the mess" now I see only two ways:

- (1) delete module manually from all the pages it shouldn't be displayed on;

- (2) use T-SQL Delete  to delete records in [TabModules] table

Would (2) be enough? If I will do execute such T-SQL will I still be able to find my HTML/Text module in the list of existing modules to add it only to the pages I wanted it to be added to?

Am I missing existing somewhere in DNN functionality called "Delete Module From All Pages"?

Am I missing existing somewhere in DNN functionality, which allows to add/remove HTML/Text or any other custom modules using a multi-select list?

Thank you.

you can delete module from all pages by unchecking the "show on all pages" setting on the page, youoriginally enabled it.

Thank you, Sebastian,

OK, DNN deletes modules from all the pages but keeps it on the page from which Settings dialog was activated - It's good enough for now.

Still it would be useful to add a module to a selected list of pages, as well as to remove module only from the list of selected not from all pages, somewhere in one of the next DNN versions.
