Package Installation Report

I do not know why I am getting this error - I was uploading skins to this site yesterday without problems.

I have seen some other posts like this, I'll look into it..

Unfortuatley I was able to reproduce this error and now I have a BIG mess on my hands.  DNN 5.1.2 with and 5.0 skin with a manifest. 

I now have two versions of my skin on my web site again and I am getting the error I posted in the orginal post in this thread.  Out of desperation I logged into my web host provider and replaced the skin.css and and the ascx file with my changes.  I went back to the web site and it still has the old files - yes I refreshed. It appears that DNN has locked onto the files.  I need to update this skin ASAP and this simply does not seem to be working.
