I am trying to initiate a second portal to my site and apparently there was a error made somewhere.  The new site:  rrcommunityproject.info cannot be accessed.  It uses DNN version 4.9 and Go Daddy is the host.  They suggested that I uninstall and reinstall DNN which I did and it made no difference.  I tried to delete it and get the following error message:

Error: Site Settings is currently unavailable.
DotNetNuke.Services.Exceptions.ModuleLoadException: Access to the path 'D:\Hosting\4031992\html\_db_backups' is denied. ---> System.UnauthorizedAccessException: Access to the path 'D:\Hosting\4031992\html\_db_backups' is denied. at System.IO.__Error.WinIOError(Int32 errorCode, String maybeFullPath) at System.IO.Directory.InternalGetFileDirectoryNames(String path, String userPathOriginal, String searchPattern, Boolean includeFiles, Boolean includeDirs, SearchOption searchOption) at System.IO.Directory.GetDirectories(String path, String searchPattern, SearchOption searchOption) at System.IO.Directory.GetDirectories(String path) at DotNetNuke.Common.Globals.DeleteFilesRecursive(String strRoot, String filter) at DotNetNuke.Common.Globals.DeleteFilesRecursive(String strRoot, String filter) at DotNetNuke.Entities.Portals.PortalController.DeletePortal(PortalInfo portal, String serverPath) at DotNetNuke.Modules.Admin.PortalManagement.SiteSettings.cmdDelete_Click(Object sender, EventArgs e) --- End of inner exception stack trace ---

Go Daddy tech support cannot help:  they said DNN is installed properly and that I needed to get help from the developer.   If possible, please provide some explicit instructions on how to delete this portal so it can be reinstalled.  Any assistance that can be provided will be greatly appreciated!!

Thank you!!

Andy

Delete seem trying to delete some files which is prohibited by the hosting configuration. This has to be solved by GoDaddy.
