On my DNN site, when I click on a link, it takes approx. 20 seconds before the page is displayed. When the page is finally displayed, it loads/displays fast...

I've read the forums, Googled this problem...etc., and have done every optimization step that I have read of, and nothing seems to help.  This is not the common problem with initial page loading, but does this with every click whether it is a text link on the page or a link off my navigation menu.

I have a single site, hosted on a Dell PE2650 with 4GB of RAM.

I have narrowed this down to my navigation menu causing the slowness... I'm using DNN Slide Menu...  I can duplicate one of my pages that is slow loading, remove the navigation menu from it, and it loads fast... 

Not sure what I've misconfigured to make it so slow...  If anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated.
