Does everyone know how to fix this issue?

I tried new install with version 4.9.2, 4.9.4, and 4.9.5. All have the same error as murat imsiyat is facing. It makes me mad.

please check file system and database permissions, also make sure to use a case insensive collation for your database.

review details from log files, situated inside /providers/dataproviders/sqldataprovider folder.

I passed this issue by adding value to objectqualifier in web.config. There is no error message. However, when I clicked Access to the portal, there is new error message:

An unhandled error has occurred.

I don't know what to do now.
