Hi Everyone,

I just bought a new DNN Skin for version 4 & 5 by email advertising.

I try to change the skin that I just bought. So I went to the session Admin where the skin was, and try to upload the skin but there is no session show upload,  It only show parcel skin package and restore default skin.

Look into host page, I could not find skin, but the old version 4.9 does have an upload skin

Is there anyway that I can upload this new skin that I just bought from DNN Creative?

Please help me if you could and provided me with the details if possible.

Thanks

Learner

First, download and read the doucmentation.  Skins can only be installed by the Host/SuperUser account.  They are installed as Extenisons in DNN 5.x.  Then as Admin you may select the skin.

just for the records: Uploading skins by admins has bee removed due to security concerns. Uploads of executable files are allowed to superusers ("host") only.

IN dnn 5.1.x you may upload skins in Admin :: Skins as well.
