Hello,

With kind regards,
Sandra Ullrich

Can you provide me support for this message?

we have web site for a aid organization that have been created with the help of the DotNetNuke. Since a couple of days the webpage looks destroyed and I cannot log in anymore. If I click on the login button, I do receive the following error message.

"Module Load Warning
One or more of the modules on this page did not load. This may be temporary. Please refresh the page (click F5 in most browsers). If the problem persists, please let the Site Administrator know."

The webpage can be found below the following link: http://www.primavera-ev.de/

Well, it makes it a little hard to figure out when you cannot get in and see the event logs, so lets start with the basics:

1) What version of DNN are you running?

2) Was there any changes to the site or server that may have caused this?

3) If you are not on the latest version of DNN 4 or DNN 5 can you upgrade?

Hello Robert,

thank you for the reply. Some background information in how the system environment and responsibilities are handled on our side. The website (www.primaver-ev.de) initially was set up by an agency with the help of Dotnetnuke. This software has been stored on a server that is maintained by another company (not responsible for the Dotnetnuke installation) again. Me and another colleague do maintain the content via a Web login. Meanwhile we have figured out how to access the installed files on this server. We can access the installation of Dotnetnuke via a ftp connection.

That's why it is really hard to answer all your questions. But we will try...

1) Version: We found via ftp a file below  \primavera-ev.de\htdocs that has the following tag  <version>04.04.00</version>. I assume that means Dotnetnuke version 4.04.

2) The server company says that nothing has been changed.

 3) I assume that we are running version 04 already. If an upgrade would be installed what would happen to the content? Do you expect the error to disappear?

Is there something else that I can do to narrow the source of this errors (login failure and wrong layout)?

With kind regards,

Sandra
