Hi,

I'm receiving a server error. To find out more, I set the web.config file to show error details. This is what I got:

Request timed out.

Description: An unhandled exception occurred during the execution of the current web request. Please review the stack trace for more information about the error and where it originated in the code.

Exception Details: System.Web.HttpException: Request timed out.

Source Error:

Before the error, I set up a job in the scheduler to ping the site every 15 minutes and to retry every minute, and to start on StartUp. After I set up the job, I restarted the app. Then, I have not been able to get to my app.

First thing comes to mind, I shouldn't be developing on a live site. Second, how do I access the settings via command line, or some over method...the server is hosted remotely, but can ask server admin to do something on the server...good support. Third, how do I set up a dev and qa environment so that I'm not crashing my live site.

Any help is much appreciated.

-Natalie
