There is one company site that is receiving email blast from 5 to 6 sales people. the sales people do only want to see there contact information. Is there a way that the different customer can see there sales rep information without creating a sub portal?

if you provide a role per sales position and assign users to those roles, you may easily setup a module per role on a page, visible by this role (and admins) only, where you may provide the contact information.

another solution would be using a hidden profile property (accessible by admins only), where ther representative is kept. Use form and List module to store a record per representative with his data and use a filter expression "[profile:representative] = [lastname]" (if lastname is the idetifier column in the FnL module.

I would like to first thank you for your assistance on the matter. I am still not clear that once i created the user ie sales profiles. that if they send people to the website it will reflect the contact information that of the sales rep. So let me try to describe this better if you go to the site www.access-interactive.com and scroll down to the bottom of the site you will see an address for example purpose if i want the address information to be changes base on a email link that i recieved to reflect tom smith than the address how could this be done?
