Is there a module that lets you change to role or user you're currently logged in as quickly and easily to view pay layouts as users with different roles?

Having to log in and out as different sample users is a bit of a nuisance.

Ideally, a dropdown you can place on pages that lets you view the page as a user in the selected role(s) would seems like a no-brainer, and I thought I saw Michael Washington using something like it once, but I can't find anything like it on his site or snowcovered.
