Sorry for being offline for a long time, i was ill in bed.

OK, i assume you do not have a backup of your files, do you?

And i never used so far the DB-connection like you do with the db-files in the install-dir, i'm using a "real" SQL-Server.
But you can go this way also with SQLExpress, only difference is that you "talk" to it like to a real SQL-Server.

Normally you don't have to touch the web.config before installation, the correct values will be added by the install-script.

But the DB has to exist.

2. Pointed the directory of Backuped dotnetnuke website in IIS 7, when I start browsing it showing errors, of wrong databse error.

3. I configured in web.config pointed the Database created name and user id and password what I created.

but nothing works. Then where do iam doing mistake.. totaly confuse...

Even I start fresh New installation of DNN (4.9.4) and in web.config i pointed the database name and user id & pwd to the retored backup(.bak) file on newly created empty database.but it shows NT-Network not assigned error.
