I got two errors:

Info Loading Repository.dnn
Failure Found multiple .dnn files in the zip file: Repository.dnn and Repository.dnn
[...SNIP...]
Info File xml.gif read successfully
Failure ExceptionSystem.Exception: File load failed, aborting at DotNetNuke.Modules.Admin.ResourceInstaller.PaInstaller.ReadZipStream() at DotNetNuke.Modules.Admin.ResourceInstaller.PaInstaller.Install()

I next ran the V3.1.9 Install Zip and everything worked! I have a siminlar situation with Forums as well!

You do not "install" a source package the same way that you "install" an install package.

The "source" packages are simply the entire project files .zipped up.

The proper method of installing any product's source package is as follows...

1. download and "install" the install package using the Host->Module Definitions tab
2. download and "unzip" the source package into the product folder ( ie: /DekstopModules/Repository )

You should now be able to open the product's .sln file in Visual Studio and recompile the module without any errors. If you do get any errors, double check the References for all projects within the solution to make sure they are resolved properly.
