Hi all,

Has anyone tried to host DNN with Mochahost? I am looking for a starter package (try out) with about $5/mo or less

Any thought on Mochahost. I am currently with GoDaddy and its horrible and I am looking to transfer. Mocha host is 2.63/mo but they want 3 years in advanced :(

Please let me know if you have any suggestion/comments

Thanks

I've got a blog post where people have talked about a lot of different DNN hosting providers

We are new and we offer free & pay hosting plans for people who don't need their own DNN installation.  The plans include lots of extra modules and skins and you get a temporary url which you can use in seconds after submitting the form.

The only thing I don't get is:

alot of web hosting companies offer unlimited bandwidth, unlimited storage, unlimiteddomain hosting....etc

but unlimited is at the end is limited? how can someone say we offer unlimited bandwidth? or unlimited storage? or is it before your wedsite reaches a certain limit and they decide to kill your website?

Marketing hype to get more people to sign up. They know almost none will reach disk space or bandwidth use were the site is killing them. If it does happen, they will tell the person to go somewhere else or ask him to pay more. Yes the person will complain "you promised unlimited blah.. blah... " but at the end of the story the company will just treat him as a nuisance. Unlimited is never truly unlimited.
