I'm hoping someone can help.  I've been getting this error recently that i can't track down.  The only item i found in the bug tracker that refers to it says it was fixed ln the last build.  Any ideas on how i can track down what the fault is?

Did you make sure that the file extensions.ascx still exists?

Just confirm as this installations been running since ver 4. I just got further to copy the files from the install package to the releavant folders too.  No affect.

Just to confirm i fixed the issue.  I had to go into the dbo.packages table and found under "portal id"  a duplicate reference to a skin item.  I remove the duplicate and set all values as "null" not sure if this is the correct procedure but hay presto everything is working now.
