Hi,

I have installed the latest forum on DNN 5.1.4 and setup displaying of the member list. I'm logged in as admin and when I click on the members list image, I get an Access Denied page. Is anyone else experiencing the same? What can I do to resolve this issue?

Hi,

There is something most definitely wrong. Here is what I did (i'm logged in as Super Admin):
1. I have done a complete fresh installation of DNN 5.1.4 and added the latest available forum module through the host extensions.
2. Then I went to the Event Viewer just to see if there were any errors, but none what so ever.
3. I then created a new page and called it Forums.
4. I added the forum module to the page.
5. I went to Admin settings > Control Panel > Community and checked Member List and clicked on Update.
6. I then went to Forum Home and clicked on the Member List icon.
7. I get the Access Denied page saying: Either you are not currently logged in, or you do not have access to this content, but i'm logged in as the Super Admin for crying out loud. I mean that's like the highest possible level of administrator.

Is there something I can do to the database to fix this problem. Please advise. Apparently the member list works fine on DNN 5.1.2, but I really wouldn't want to revert back to the old version just because of the Member List, however I would really appreciate if someone can show me a work around, otherwise I guess it's just my bad luck

Desperately looking for a solution to this.

Thanks,
Wasim

Well? Is this a bug or is it just me?

Please try to add a new Super Admin and check if you have the same issue with the new super User.
