I just installed dnn 5.1.4 with the feedback module and I am having a problem in that when I hide the subject it causes the form to fail.

An error has occurred.
Error: Contact Us is currently unavailable.

If I allow it to be seen but not modified it works fine.

Any thoughts?

Dropdown box with subjects lists works fine as well ... it only seems to dump when you hide the subject
