Hi,

I have two custom-built modules on a page.  These modules are related - using IMC is not an option for certain business reasons.  I need to click on a link from module 1 - and have it post back to the same page with a parameter so that module 2 refreshes with the correct content.

In other modules I've built that have a number of controls. I would post back to the same page to access another control with code like this:

Response.Redirect(Globals.NavigateURL(PortalSettings.ActiveTab.TabID, "EditMyEducation", "mid=" & ModuleId.ToString(), "itemid=" & "0"))

In this case, I don't want to access another control within the same module - I just want to post back to the same page and pass the itemid parameter.  What is the best way to do this?

 You could simply call

Globals.NavigateURL(TabId, PortalSettings, string.empty, "&itemid=###")

Assuming your module inherits from PortalModuleBase to use the shorthand for TabId.

There are a number of signatures for the NavigateURL method to format urls, you don't have to pass in all the parameters for some of them, some can be empty.
