Is there a setting I can change somewhere to default that the users Full Name is as the author of the post instead of the UserName?

I found this post buried
http://dotnetnuke.com/DotNetNukeProjects/ModuleForums/Forums/tabid/906/forumid/7/threadid/3979/scope/posts/Default.aspx
Which explains that I can't.
Unless I edit the code, so the question changes to... Where do I edit?
Thanks
