Hi ,

I saw  different issues on upgrading a 3.x Forum to 4.5.3.  All these Forums had any issues on upgrating or installing before this upgrade.  On your upgrade it looks that a constraint allready exists and the script didn't check if it exists before upgrade it. You could restore your Database and files from your previous made backup.  Then check if the contrains are exists, add a "IF EXISTS" comment to the scripts or delete the constraints that affected into the database before you run the Forum upgrade.

Also some Timeouts on upgraditing I saw on Systems with a min. of Hardware or on Hostings which have a lot of other Websites and traffic.  For this the solution is to restore back from your previous made backup of the Database and files.  Try a new backup at time the traffic of the server isn't so much.
