Plzz  Tell me I want my web application in multi languages so in host setting in languages I add the Canada or more languages but where I can display the change language .
 
 
So plzz tell me process of this. This is urgent.

You will need a skin with the langauge skin object.

Sorry, but beyond the language sko you need multilingual solutions for page localisation and multilingual modules. check out the localisation forum, there are numerous threads about it, I just answered one a few hours ago.
