Gday guys,

Im running Emerald Solutions "eTailer" on 2 of my sites (hosted with different companies, one being PowerDNN).

All of a sudden, the cachedimageservice.axd I have declared in the web.config has stopped working on both sites.. Im REALLY confused.

Allan at Emerald Solutions tells me that this URL should work - http://www.emerald-solutions.co.uk/etailerdemostore/DesktopModules/eTailer/cachedimageservice.axd

It returns that no image was specified, meaning the service is working.

On each of my sites, I get different errors...

http://www.waxhead.net.au/DesktopModules/eTailer/cachedimageservice.axd - I get "The resource you are looking for has been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable."

http://www.robinskitchen.com.au/DesktopModules/eTailer/cachedimageservice.axd - I get an ASP.NET error.

Im really confused. Both hosts are insisting nothing has changed on the servers. The last thing i did to each of the sites, is upgrade them to 4.9.5 as normal.

Anyone got any suggestions? The hosts are playing dumb on me, Allan at Emerald Solutions while seems to be trying to help me, is being more of a "try this, try that" guide than actually trying to help me get his module working.

And between them, i have 2 very cranky clients.

Any help appreciated.
