Nice looking and very modern, I really do like the changes. We (the team) have a new theme that will be used on this site eventually that is also much cleaner but I am not sure if it will be available for download. I, as the developer of the module, would be interested in seeing the actual code changes they made. I still have the intent of overhauling the UI in 2010 and making it much more easier for designers to do so. While we are at it to also want to handle XHTML compliance and I will make sure we handle that for additional designers as well. But, as with so many other things this does take time to accomplish and I applaud people who take the time to make other options available before I can make this transition.

BTW - Just did some more browsing of the WorkoutBOX site and so everyone knows, I have already made changes that will allow you to do somethings in the next version like they are doing here. I have already checked in external member directory and profile options for those who don't want to use the ones built in with the core module.

Hi All.

I downloaded, installed it over the standard forum, tested it and must say: nice. Really great!

But, after changing the Theme from Default to WOB (what looks really nice) i cannot change any settings reg. visibility, cannot add more groups or forums etc.

The menu items are just gone.

So i deleted the forum and replaced it on the page (now again in default theme), changed some settings, added groups and forums and changed the theme to WOB. Bingo....menu items in the forums admin panel are gone. There is no way then to add more groups or anything else. The until then existing forum is working but no additions are possible

I have 5.1.4 running as pretty blank and empty test-enviroment on my vista machine with sql 2005 express.

Any idea?

Kai

Hi Kai,

Really sorry about the late reply here, i've been snowed under.

I've spoken to the development team who built the forum and they've pointed out that the menu items arn't actually gone, they are just infact invisible as the font used for them is white.  If you select the entire left hand edge of the page (in the area they should be) you'l see them.

Modifiying your style sheets should bring them back to life.  If i get this fixed at my end I'll do another release of the code.

Yes, i thought that the menuitems should be "somewhere" as i could see them when watching the sourcecode of the rendered page. But that they were only white.....ups....

However, after changing the white color to something different, hey, they are back.

Thanks for the hint.

Kai
