I have more then one Portal in one DNN Application . I want to add some Profile Properties which is available for all Portals by default as we already have some properties like FirstName , LastName , State , Country etc.

Any one can help me.

profile properties are currently per portal only, portal groups haev been announced for DNN 5.3 next xear.

You may include your properties in the page template applied during creation of additional portals or use SQL to create additional entries in profilepropertydefinitions table.

Thank you Sebastian for your quick reply .How can I use both these option will u explain more. I m a developer so donot hesitate to use technical wording.

if you edit default portal template with a XML or text editor, you will find property definition within the first 20 lines; you may add your properties accordingly.

if you are firm writing SQL statements, your may add your records to the profilepropertydefinitions table and use a script you may run from inside SSMS or Host :: SQL.
