I have configured the UDT (forma and List) to act as a mini search engine but it does not have the functionality that I am looking for.  Maybe somebody can point me in the right direciton.

I am looking for a module where the end user can enter search parameters such as "State" and "College" and the results will display with all the colleges in that specific state.  The form and list does this, however, the search box requires exact wording and does not offer a dropdownlist.  I guess it would be similar to a real estate website where people can search for properties given search criteria.  I don't want to have to create different web pages for each search result.

Has anybody seen a module that can help me out here?  I am not looking for anything too complex.

It is possible in FnL, though it requires some hand tweaked XSL. Decide for yourself whether it is too complex:
