My machine have Win XP SP2, IIS 5.1, Net Framework 2.0, VS 2005, SqlServer 2005 Express (I have just installed VS 2008). I have download versioin 5.1 but I can't install because i received error message "Compiler executable file C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\csc.exe cannot be found."

Which version should I install for my PC ?

To run DNN you do not need to use VS and compile, the compiled .dll are provided in any package.

However, it looks like .Net framework is not installed properlyon your machine, I suggest to reinstall and install .net framework 3.5. SP1, which will be required for DNN 5.2.0 and above.

I have just reinstall VS 2008 (include .net framework 3.5 SP1) but my DNN still not run. I built solution and it show error message : The specified task executable location "C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v3.5\Csc.exe" is invalid. Help me.

you cannot publish DNN web site using "publish" in Visual studio, Web site needs to rum JIT compiled.
