A couple of months ago someone recommended that I try the CuteSoft text editor to replace the default editor. I installed it and have been using it but ran into an issue. I contacted support through their web form (on their website) and never heard anything back. A week went by and I decided to try their LiveChat support and had a very bizarre chat with the person on the other end. They asked me to connect on Go To Meeting but then didn't respond to the chat/telephone on there. Their responses on my original made no sense with my issue and they essentially stopped chatting with me and gave me no resolution to my problem whatsover. Although I like the editor, I am wondering if this company is legit and if anyone knows if they are going out of business, no longer supporting the product, or just have horrible support???
