The iframe module allows me to set it to either a URL (external site) or a file (on my website).

However, I can't figure out how to set it to a webpage on my website.

P.S. I don't want to use the http://www.mydomain.com/webpage/default.aspx cuz I got domain pointers.  Instead I just want to set my iframe to just point directly to my webpage  /webpage/default.aspx (without the http:// thingy)

I don't see a use case for linking to a page, cause the page would include all the page including the menu nested.

Maybe you are simply looking for a child menu? There are a number of 3rd party modules for this pupose.

That page is a page I create outside of DNN.  So in other words, my dnn website will have an iframe which contians a page I created using frontpage (a htm page)

in this case you should use a relative URL, but this is not accepted by URLControl, i.e. you need to use fully qualified URL, sorry.

Easy way to do what you want to do is to save the external webpage as a file on your computer. So it would look like "mywebpage.html" and then use the iFrame to open up the file to display your webpage.
